All the submitted articles will be peer reviewed by specialists invited by the editorial board. Two reviewers, whose name are kept confidentially, will study the .pdf file submitted by the authors. The reviewer fills in a form and submit it to this site. The editors will then analyse their opinions and will prepare a letter to the authors, which will be sent to them together with the reviewers opinion.

The authors will prepare the necessary amendments suggested or else confront the reviewers opinion. Once both parts have settled on the divergences, the authors will be asked the full .doc or .tex and .bib files, together with the figures.

At this stage, the article will be considered accepted and its title queued on this site in Articles to appear. The paper will undergo electronic formatting, sent to the authors for final revision and prepared for printing. Once the issue is ready, the paper will appear in full in this site in Contents.
