Authors are requested to submit their original article to the editors using this site only.
The language of the journal is English and contributions all over the world are encouraged. Submission of a paper implies that it has not been published previously and that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
All the journal is typeset using LaTeX so this is the preferable format authors should use. In this case, write the paper using the document class {article}. You can freely typeset your paper and once accepted the editors will take care of the final edition.
Microsoft Word files are also accepted but they will be transformed by the editors to LaTeX. As this is very time consuming and prone to erros, the editors urge cooperation of the authors to submit their papers in LaTeX, so assuring a better quality and faster publication.
Please, note that the references in the text are cited using numbers and NOT by name. You can always download a published article to see formatting details.
It is recommended but not necessary to add a list of all symbols used in the paper. A typical article should not exceed 30 pages. Brief articles will be reviewed as a technical note. Review articles will be also considered as well as special issues covering some specific topic upon request of a group of researchers. Papers describing a mere application of procedures will generally not be accepted.
Animations can be used in an article for illustration purposes and they will be appended to the final .pdf file in this site. Although the journal is not colour printed, the figures can be in colour and they will appear so in the final pdf document in this site. Discussions related to a paper are welcome and will be also appended to the article in this home page together with the authors reply.
A free hardcopy of the issue where the authors have the article published plus 10 off-prints of it is granted to them.
